A group of people from SIP High-tech(AI)-related Legal Research Society visited three SIP-based tech companies on Oct 14 and discussed with the companies’ representatives a series of legal issues.

SIP High-tech(AI)-related Legal Research Society was formed last year, consisting of over 40 members from the local procuratorate, court, public security office, law firms and AI enterprises. It aims to draw on the wisdom from local law specialists to give high-tech enterprises a helping hand in their development.
In the event, the visitors including SIP Political and Legal Affairs Committee Deputy Secretary Xu Xiaolan and SIP Procuratorate Deputy Chief Procurator Wu Shuoxi had a tour around the companies, and exchanged with the companies’ representatives opinions on such issues as legal protection of intellectual property rights and privacy.

SIP High-tech(AI)-related Legal Research Society hopes events of the kind can help enhance tech companies’ awareness and ability of using legal tools to secure good and sustainable development.
