The Moon Bay Overseas Chinese and Returnees Development Community was recently formed at the Overseas Returnees’ Home in Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation Zone. Several local overseas Chinese and returnee service organizations have joined it, hoping to better their services relying on integrated resources.

The community members include the federations of returned overseas Chinese at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics and Nanopolis Suzhou, and the Joint Overseas Chinese Federation jointly founded by National University of Singapore (NUS), Xi’an Jiaotong University and North China Electric Power University. The organizations will work together to tighten ties with overseas Chinese and help returnees get used to local life.
