Tianzhi (Beijing) International Engineering Project Management Co Ltd, a top-ranking project cost engineering service supplier in the country, relocated its Jiangsu branch in SIP on Apr 11.

The company is a subsidiary of Tianzhi Consultants, a Beijing-headquartered group offering a wide range of business consulting services. It is one of the first enterprises accredited by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China as A-class enterprises of their kind, and became in 2010 the only Chinese member of Baker Tilly International, the eighth largest global network of independent accounting and advisory firms.

The Jiangsu branch was founded in Gusu District, Suzhou in 2016, focusing on services for real estate projects and research and development of cost engineering standards and robots. The company hopes the relocation of the branch will help it achieve a better development in East China.
