SIP Association of Foreign-Funded Enterprises hosted a salon session at Courtyard By Marriott Suzhou, SIP on Apr 9, in an effort to give local enterprises a leg up in their recruitment.

At the event, Sam, director of FESCO Adecco (Suzhou) Talent Searching Center, a branch of FESCO Adecco, a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions in the country, gave the HR staff from tens of local enterprises a talk on strategies of coping with challenges in recruitment drives. Based on his over-10-year experience in HR services, Sam offered the participants very useful advice concerning recruitment channels and human resource management, and answered their inquiries.
