SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) has the tradition to host the YLPTR New Year Running on the New Year’s Day. Over 2,000 people participated in this year’s event.

 

The event included two running races, a 3-kilometer one for families and a 10-kilometer one for other runners. The runners set off from Xinghua Street Tourist Center, enjoying the beautiful sceneries all the way through and chatting with each other.

 

In addition, the runners also had the chances to shout out their New Year wishes through a loud-speaker, get a red envelope containing some cash from “the God of Wealth” during their running as a New Year gift, and enjoy delicate food and play fun games at the New Year Bazaar.
