The Management Center of SIP’s Jinji Lake Scenic Area (JLSA) recently organized a training session, offering 11 customer service staff from JLSA’s first-tier tourist centers a good chance to improve their skills of introducing local tourist attractions to visitors. 

 

In the training, the customer service staff introduced Yao Jianping Embroidery Museum and Cai Yundi Sculpture Museum at Ligongdi Cultural and Creative Block (LCCB) to several customer service staff from LCCB Project Department, while the latter gave scores to the former based on their professional appearance and expression and interactive skills. The trainees then shared their opinions on how to improve their service abilities in the future.
