Taikang Community Wu Garden, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that provides housing, meals, health care and social activities for seniors, formally opened in SIP on Nov 3.

 

Located at Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort, the 310,000-square-meter Wu Garden is composed of beautiful, homelike apartments, hospital, hotel and art studios to meet seniors’ care needs from independent living, assisted living to skilled nursing care. It is the first of its kind in East China’s Jiangsu province, and the second one in the Yangtze River Delta region. 

 

Taikang Community Investment Co Ltd, a Beijing-headquartered retirement community developer that built the project, signed agreements with its partners on the same day to cooperate in offering medical services to the community residents.
