SIP Moon Bay Community Working Committee recently finished the shooting for a micro film about law-based community governance.
The film, named “Engine”, portrays how a complaint was triggered among a community’s residents after two old-aged women suffered an accident in an elevator in the community and what the local authorities and property management company did to solve the problem. A number of local community staff and residents wrote the scripts for the film and acted in it.
It is learnt that SIP Moon Bay Community Working Committee has produced several other micro films over the past few years in the hope of increasing local residents’ legal awareness and knowledge with touching stories.
