Sponsored by Suzhou Airsports and Modeling Association, the 2019 “YLPTR Cup” Suzhou Aeromodelling Open cum International Aeromodelling Competition- “XLPOWER Cup” Helicopters Contest kicked off at SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) on Oct 4. The four-day event gathered over 300 model aircraft makers and pilots from around the globe, including a number of international aeromodelling competition winners.

 

The event included several categories of races where the participants competed fiercely with various model aircraft they made and showcased excellent operation skills.

　　 

Apart from that, a parent-child contest was held to offer local families a chance to experience the sport.
