SANGHA Retreat at SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) hosted the Farmers Market from Aug 16 to 18, offering not only a dazzling variety of agricultural and sideline products, but also handicrafts and chances to learn about farming.

 

For three days, the square at SANGHA Retreat was full of stalls selling organic fruits and vegetables, seasonings and creative artworks and those offering opportunities for parents and children to try to make their own handiworks. The visitors could also choose to have a tour around the local farm to buy fresh produces and acquire some skills for growing fruits and vegetables at home.
