The latest statistics show that SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) attracted 157,000 tourists during May Day holiday from May 1 to 4, up 91.24% year-on-year, and the tourism income increased by 85.03% over the previous year. 

A variety of wonderful events such as the fashion show on May 1 and art show on May 2 at HB World and the YCHP Cycling Carnival from May 3 to 4 contributed a lot to the surge of tourist arrivals.

Additionally, the excellent cultural and recreational facilities attracted many people, too. Chongyuan Temple, a Buddha temple in the area, reportedly received about 12,000 visitors during the holiday, while Yi’Oulai Outlets recorded over 80,000 consumers.
