YLPTR Aeromodeling Base in SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) was recently designated a “National Aviation Base” by Aero Sports Federation of China (ASFC), becoming one of three bases with the title in Jiangsu province. 

The base boasts a series of best-in-class facilities including a huge lawn suitable for various model aircraft events and the 200-meter-long and 30-meter-wide runway surrounding it.

Moreover, the base offers training to adult candidates for ASFC-accredited primary remote control model aircraft pilots.
