The 2018 "Greater Suzhou, Best Employer" Brand Show and Evaluation, sponsored by Greater Suzhou Best Employers Committee, recently wrapped up. Worldhotel Grand Dushulake Suzhou, a member of Jinji Lake Hotel Group in SIP, received the honor of "Best Employer in Greater Suzhou", the only one in SIP. 

The achievement should be attributed to the hotel's consistent efforts to foster employee satisfaction, including treating its employees with respect, establishing regular communication mechanism to learn about their opinions and needs, adopting fair incentives, offering satisfying benefits and compensation and organizing various events to enrich their life.
