Suzhou Welfare Lottery Association organized a visit to Cailian Community, Xietang Sub-district, on Nov 22, aiming to help the lottery buyers acquire a better understanding of the social value of welfare lotteries. More than 30 lottery buyers participated.

Guided by Zhou Jianzhong, the community director, the visitors went around the day care center founded with welfare lottery fund to take care of the local elderlies in need. They also looked around a number of auxiliary facilities, such as the health service station, reading room, entertainment room and auditorium, where they learned more about the community's volunteer services for the elderlies.
