The 1st International Conference on Cutting-edge Biomedical Technologies and Related Policies and Regulations was held in SIP on Oct 30, gathering a host of medical experts and enterprise representatives to discuss directions and paths of future biomedicine development. At the event, Tongxieyi Pharmaceutical Talent Club, a community of hundreds of new drug developers and one of the sponsors of the event, inaugurated its East China Headquarters in SIP. 

 

 

The club reportedly has organized over 100 forums since its inception to offer professionals engaged in new drug development opportunities to exchange their expertise with each other and seek partners. 

“We set up a branch in SIP in 2017, and it has thus far organized over 10 exchange events which have received positive response from the participants,” said Cheng Zengjiang, secretary general of the club. 

 

The East China Headquarters will be dedicated to facilitating exchange and cooperation among new drug developers and manufacturers and providing services for drug discovery, testing and registration.
