Tus-Design Group Co Ltd, an SIP-based architectural design firm, broke ground on its new headquarters in China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area, SIP on Oct 26. The project, with a land area of over 15,600 square meters and a total floor area of about 78,000 square meters, is expected to come into use in 2022 as the company’s core facility for eco-friendly and creative architectural design. 

 

Founded in 1953 and listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2016, Tus-Design Group Co Ltd is gradually expanding its business to cover not only architectural design, but also the whole construction chain. It is one of the first companies to join the new free trade zone in SIP.

The new headquarters reportedly will boast glazed facades, open landscape, eco-friendly design and smart applications.
