eMEX Suzhou 2013 Records 600 Exhibitors

The 12th Electronics Manufacturing Exhibition China (eMEX Suzhou) opened on October 16 at International Expo Center with 600 manufacturers, procurators, distributers, and R&D institutes to display their latest technologies and products during the five-day event. The scheduled events include the summit forum on smart city of mainland China and Taiwan, the forum on the trend of cloud computing IOT applications, and the forum on network and physical accesses.

Among the products exhibited, the most popular among visitors include multimedia scanner capable of automatically identifying and organizing files, door bell for smart home, the thinnest card mobile phone in the world, the flash disk making files "invisible", and the TV set that can be controlled with voice.

Organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, and Jiangsu provincial government, eMEX Suzhou is one of the most important IT exhibitions in mainland China. This year's event creates new records with 1,200 booths and 40,000-square-meter exhibition area and focuses on IT applications in extensive fields of touch control, 3D printing, smart city and smart home, culture, and digital technologies.
