Sponsored by Xinhua Daily Media Group (XDMG), a state-owned press group based in East China’s Jiangsu province, the Xinhua Study Reading Forum themed “Remember Why You Started and What You Want to Achieve” kicked off at Suzhou International Expo Centre, SIP on June 27, as part of the 9th Jiangsu Book Fair.

At the event, several renowned Chinese scholars, writers and entrepreneurs gave keynote speeches which were later published in Renwen Weekly, a weekly publication of XDMG, and shared at “News Intersection”, a mobile news app run by the group. 

The forum was later followed by an activity during the book fair to present copies of 10 recommended books along with catalogues to readers.
