Suzhou Central Plaza, the country's biggest urban complex so far, is located in the core of Suzhou downtown CBD west of Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park, with rail transit Lines One and Five passing through. Consisting of ten buildings including one 500-meter-tall, one 450-meter, seven 100-200-meters, and one business project, it follows such trendy architectural concepts as green, ecological, low-carbon, smart, efficient, and multi-functional so as to make full use of resources and to be a model project in Jiangsu Province and even in the country.

The plaza houses finance, business, culture, recreation, office, hotel, apartment, and entertainment facilities. The developer also plans to introduce high-end flagship stores, one-stop shopping mall, skating rink with real ice, hi-tech cinema, theme children experience center, boutique supermarkets, and food court.
