Suzhou Comes into World Attention by "Samsung Cup"

The 15th Samsung Insurance World Masters Baduk drew the curtain on September 7 at Jinji Lake Shilla Hotel. 

To I-go lovers around the world, Samsung Cup is the most prestigious and representative top event, which is not only a sports competition platform but also a cultural bridge and tie of friendship among the Chinese, Japanese and Korean people.  

The competition attracts lots of I-go stars such as Chang Hao and Lee Changho

In the competition, the world-famous I-go players will concentrate on expression of profound I-go culture, the quintessence of oriental culture, wisdom and thinking in Suzhou, the 2,500-year-old city of profound culture as well as one of Chinese cities with most dynamic economy, which is also famous for 16-year-old Suzhou Industrial Park, the cluster of Chinese advanced industries and foreign investment.

When talking about his impression of Suzhou, Lee Changho said, "I have read about the beauty of Suzhou in the book before, and this time I've already experienced its beauty firsthand from the scenery along the way from the airport although I do not visit any scenic spot."
