Poetry and photography exhibition showcases Suzhou’s high-quality development to people in Singapore

The exhibition of 16 groups of works by Chinese and Singaporean poets and Suzhou-native photographers is underway at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, Singapore, showcasing the high-quality development of Suzhou to the visitors.

The exhibition is part of the “Meet Suzhou in Singapore” Culture Week which is scheduled in Singapore from Apr 10 to 16 as one of a series of events marking the 30th anniversary of SIP, a cooperative project between Chinese and Singaporean governments.

The exhibits include works by Singaporean poets Yow Cheun Hoe and Paul Tan and Chinese writer Fan Xiaoqing and poets Ai Kou, Ye Yanbin, Hu Xuan and Li Yuansheng, who created the works based on their visits to and knowledge of SIP.

An album of the works is provided on site, and the visitors can also listen to the audio versions of the works by scanning the QR code provided beside them.
