Xingpu Hospital in SIP has been striving to make itself more and more child-friendly.
Protecting children’s rights and interests and fulfilling their needs have been part of the hospital’s planning. Therefore, the “Child-friendly Culture Wall” has been set up inside the hospital for children to post cards with their wishes and for families to learn about information about the hospital’s services for children.
The hospital also boasts other designs tailored for children, such as the game facilities and the mother-and-baby rooms.
Most importantly, the hospital has been improving its medical services for children. It follows the “children first” principle in providing medical services, and often provides free medical services and health lectures in schools and communities.
