Suzhou InReal Optoelectronic Material Technology Co Ltd, a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to R&D, production and marketing of high-quality aluminum nanopowder, received the construction permit on Apr 1 for building its headquarters in SIP.
Thanks to the digitalized administrative review and approval process of SIP and the considerate services of related authorities, the company received the construction permit soon after it acquired the land use right.
The project, covering a land area of about 30 mu (2 hectares), will cost RMB400 million. The total floor area will reach 61,000 square meters. The first phase of the project is scheduled to come into operation in 2025. The whole project is expected to realize an annual output value of RMB15 billion after reaching the designed capacity.
