The project on the No. DK20230382 land plot received the construction permit on Feb 28, becoming the first real estate project approved in SIP after the Chinese New Year.
BBMG Corporation, a Beijing-based company, acquired the use right of the land plot last November at the price of RMB2.897 billion to build its first project in SIP. The company is teaming up with SIP-based Poly Jiangsu Real Estate Development Co Ltd in developing the project.
Under the project, 15 residential buildings with a total floor area of about 119,000 square meters will be built, and the plot ratio will be 1.5.
