The ninth phase of Suzhou International Science Park (SISPARK) in SIP broke ground on Feb 28.
SISPARK is the earliest high-tech business cluster with the most tech companies in SIP. Its built-up area has reached 1.08 million square meters, and facilities with a floor space of 415,000 square meters are under construction. It has incubated over 5,000 enterprises engaged in AI and digital technologies.
The ninth phase of SISPARK is invested by SIP Science & Technology Development Co Ltd, and built by Suzhou Industrial Park Urban Renovation & Development Co Ltd (SIPURD).
The project, with a total investment of RMB493 million, will cover a land area of 32,400 square meters, and the total floor area will reach 96,700 square meters. It is positioned as a multi-storey industrial park for enterprises engaged in the smart equipment sector.
