Suzhou Yuanke Erhao Sci-Tech Industry Development Co Ltd, a company located in the free trade zone in SIP, received the construction permit from local authorities on Mar 13 for a new project.
The project, situated in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District, will cover a land area of about 3.88 hectares. It will consist of four comprehensive R&D buildings with a total floor space of 160,000 square meters. The investment in the project will reach RMB1.1 billion.
The project is expected to be completed in September 2026, and will become home to high tech enterprises engaged in AI, software and Internet services, integrated circuit design, digital economy, next-generation information networks and culture and creative industries.
