Syntec Technology (Suzhou) Co Ltd, a manufacturer of CNC controllers, robots and other equipment for manufacturing purposes in SIP, launched construction on its headquarters and intelligent manufacturing and R&D base in SIP on Mar 6.
The project is an effort to redevelop a land plot at No. 88 Weixi Road that had been left unused for a long time. Syntec Technology (Suzhou) acquired the land use right earlier and planned to invest more than RMB2 trillion to build the project.
The total floor space of the project will reach about 43,800 square meters, and the plot ratio will be improved to 2.88. The whole project is expected to be completed in October 2025.
