Nanopolis Suzhou, a world-class hub for nanotech innovation and commercialization in SIP, was declared one of the “Excellent Industrial Clusters for High-level Development of Integrated Circuits” at the 2022 World Semiconductor Conference & Nanjing International Semiconductor Expo held from Aug 18 to 20 in Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province.
Nanopolis Suzhou opened in SIP in January 2013, mainly focusing on bolstering businesses in such fields as micro and nano fabrication, third-generation semiconductors, nano devices and functional materials, and nanotech for health. It has nourished a cohort of IC companies and research institutes with strong innovation capacity. An integrated IC industry chain has formed in it.
