“Goodbye Mr. Loser: Rewriting Destiny”, a show adapted from the Chinese comedy film “Goodbye Mr. Loser” produced by Mahua FunAge, a well-known Chinese cultural company that focuses on comedy content, has brought a creative, immersive experience to the audiences in SIP.

The show, a long-term performance at the south zone of Suzhou Center, features immersive scenarios that break the boundary between stage and audience, and also funny school stories. It has received wide acclaim from the audiences.

The good news is that two other Mahua FunAge shows will be staged at the Canal Theatre of Mahua FunAge in Suzhou.

The “Wulongshan Earl”, directed by Yan Fei, will be staged from May 16 to 18. It ingeniously blends murder mystery game, stage play and cross-talk, transporting the audiences through various set pieces from bank robbery to churchyard and explosive bar scenes, which demonstrate stunning stagecraft.

“Chu Ma”, which is scheduled from June 6 to 8, follows the story that begins with the mysterious death of the wealthiest merchant in Deqing County during the Ming Dynasty, integrating Northeast China’s folk traditions, ancient-style suspense, and uproarious comedy.
