Amplitude Laser Group, a global leading femtosecond laser solution provider, formally opened Amplitude Suzhou Laser Technology Company Ltd in SIP on Nov 26 to better meet the growing demand for femtosecond lasers in the Chinese market and even the Asia-Pacific market.
Headquartered in Bordeaux, France, Amplitude Laser Group runs manufacturing bases in Paris, France and Silicon Valley, the United States as well. Its products are used in a wide range of sectors such as those of display, semiconductors, consumer electronics, micro and nano fabrication, and medical devices.
The new branch is Amplitude’s first R&D and manufacturing facility in China. The group plans to invest about US$10 million in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of ultrafast lasers over the following seven years.
