SIP Modern Services Park, situated in the southwestern part of SIP’s Yangcheng South Bank Innovation Town, was recently renamed “DIV Park (SIP Digital Intelligence Valley)”.
With a total planning area of 1.77 square kilometers, the DIV Park boasts prominent location advantage and convenient traffic. It embraces the concepts of “integrated development based on precise positioning” and “high-quality planning for accelerated upgrading”.
The DIV Park aims to attract more than 200 digital technology and tech-based services enterprises with investments exceeding RMB20 billion and high-caliber talents surpassing 100,000 over the following five years. It will join the neighboring smart manufacturing, high-end manufacturing and green technology clusters to form an ecosystem featuring integration of digital economy and intelligent technology innovation as well as combination of services and manufacturing.
The DIV Park will be developed into an example for eco-friendly living and business operation, and a frontrunner in using intelligent technology to improve life quality and work efficiency.
So far, more than half of the DIV Park has taken shape, and a number of projects for modern services, R&D and business operation are expected to come into operation this year or next year.
