CPC SIP Working Committee held the sixth meeting on comprehensively deepening reform on May 15. Shen Mi, secretary of the committee, presided over the meeting, and the 2022 Work Schedule of CPC SIP Working Committee Commission for Comprehensively Deepening Reform was deliberated as the guidance for the reforms scheduled this year.
The schedule covers reforms in 57 aspects including industrial restructuring and upgrading, state-owned asset management, financial services, opening-up and innovation of free trade zone.
The reforms are designed to support SIP to achieve the goals of developing into “a top-class industrial cluster, a top-class special area for opening-up, a top-class innovation park and a top-class urban center”.
At the meeting, the committee gave specific instructions on the planning of the reforms and the implementation of corresponding accountability mechanisms, and underlined the importance of making surveys and seeking suggestions and support from enterprises, experts and the masses.
