The number of “first stores”, which refers to the first branches of domestic and international brands in China or in a certain region in the country, exceeded 200 in SIP last year, accounting for one third of the total of Suzhou. This year, more “first stores” have come into operation in the industrial park, pepping up its momentum to strive for high-quality development.
Celine, a French luxury fashion house, opened a store (the first of its kind in Jiangsu province) at Bicester Village Suzhou in January. The first-day sales broke the record the brand had created through outlet channels.

There is the Younan Art Gallery, the trendy block IXIXNINE, the Black King billiards club, and a variety of stores, cafes and bars with unique characteristics.
