Gong Weijuan, vice president of Yangzhou University, a comprehensive university in Yangzhou, a city in the northern part of East China’s Jiangsu province, and her contingent visited SIP recently for a survey on local medical devices enterprises’ demand for talents.
The delegation visited Suzhou MicroPort Orthopedics (Group) Co Ltd and Hitachi Instrument (Suzhou) Ltd where they learned details about the companies’ development, products, workshops and recruitment plans.
Gong said the tour could help Yangzhou University better understand medical devices companies’ demand for talent so that it could adjust its talent cultivation mode to meet this demand. She hoped the university and SIP-based enterprises would enhance cooperation in the future.
