Recently, SIP Market Supervision Bureau (SIPMSB) provided training on annual report to over 200 foreign-funded enterprises in SIP.
The annual reporting mechanism, along with the market supervision mode where law enforcers are randomly selected to conduct random inspections over randomly chosen market entities and the results are publicly available, is an important way to disclose information about a business’s credit and a major indicator of the legal compliance of an enterprise.
At the training session held at SIP Association of Foreign-funded Enterprises, a SIPMSB staff member gave the participants a specific introduction to the market supervision mode and the procedures of making the annual report through the designated online system. She also offered solutions to a number of common problems, and specified the consequences of providing false information or failing to make the annual report on time.
SIPMSB is planning to carry out a series of online and offline publicity campaigns to help enterprises know better about the annual reporting mechanism. It reminds that enterprises must finish their annual reports through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (Jiangsu) before June 30.
