JC Master Law Offices (Suzhou) and HE’Partners, two law firms in SIP, signed agreements with related authorities of SIP’s Jinji Lake Sub-district on Apr 23 to provide services for dispute mediation and social governance.
Under the agreements, JC Master Law Offices (Suzhou) sends lawyers to work at Jinji Lake Sub-district Dispute Mediation Center every Tuesday and Thursday to provide legal consultancy to residents, and HE’Partners provides legal consultancy on property management and other issues concerning social governance.
The sub-district and JC Master Law Offices jointly established the “Good Lawyers” Mediation Office to explore new approaches for resolving conflicts and disputes in grassroots governance.
It is learned that Jinji Lake Sub-district has made great efforts to optimize the local public legal service system. It has employed 45 legal advisers from 11 law firms to provide legal services to local residents.
