The labor security supervision authority of SIP’s Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort has inspected 127 enterprises in key industries so far this year in the aim of ensuring good labor relations and promoting safe production. The inspections have shown good effects in preventing disputes between employers and employees and protecting laborers’ rights and interests.
The authority has also enhanced supervision and inspections over HR service agencies and labor-intensive enterprises to ensure their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. For problems discovered in the process, it has urged the parties concerned to make rectifications within specified time.
Moreover, the authority worked with law firms to provide lectures on payment for working on a public holiday to enterprises and employees, and offered enterprises directions for improving their labor and safety management relying on an effective risk detection and warning mechanism.
