SIP Electronics and Semiconductor Industries Association and the Labor Security Supervision Brigade of Jinji Lake CBD recently organized an event where a lawyer from River Delta Law Firm gave the senior managers from over 20 semiconductors and electronics enterprises in the CBD a talk on labor laws and settlement of labor disputes.
The event took place at Carsem Semiconductor Suzhou, a branch of a Malaysia-headquartered semiconductor-related packaging and test service supplier Carsem. The lawyer shared with the participants a number of typical cases of labor disputes, made analysis of them and offered the participants tips on risk prevention and control.
Then the participants exchanged opinions on problems and challenges their enterprises had encountered, and discussed solutions.
