Jiahui Health (Suzhou), a branch of Shanghai-headquartered comprehensive international healthcare service supplier Jiahui Health, opened in the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area, SIP on Nov 20 to provide clinical medical services and health management services to local citizens and expatriates. The authorities of the FTZ provided full support for the founding of the first wholly foreign-funded medical institution in East China’s Jiangsu province.
It is learnt that the authorities of the FTZ were authorized by the provincial government in 2020 to review and approve establishment of medical institutions except for third-grade ones in an institutional innovation aimed at improving administrative service efficiency.
“We have our new branch accredited in two months thanks to the efficient services of related authorities, and received help from them in the process of looking for the location,” said Qian Yang, general manager of the clinic network at Jiahui Health.
