SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD was declared one of the “Top 20 Chinese Business Districts in Terms of Comprehensive Competitiveness” at the Beijing Forum on China Building Economy, part of the 2022 China International Fair for Trade in Services held in Beijing from Aug 31 to Sept 5.
The honor should be greatly attributed to Jinji Lake CBD’s consistent efforts to develop building economy. By the end of 2021, the CBD had seen 93 commercial buildings put into operation, with a total office area of more than 3.5 million square meters. Housing over 10,000 enterprises, the buildings contributed a total tax payment of RMB 15 billion last year.
The authorities of the CBD have made great efforts to ensure good management of the commercial buildings, including designating “building assistants” to provide assistance for their operations and offering policy support.
