The “Capturing a Century: a Visual Journey” photography exhibition of Lianhe Zaobao’s (ZB), which is designed to celebrate the centennial of the newspaper, toured to the country recently. The first leg opened in SIP on July 4.
On display are 78 black-and-white and color photographs which allow the visitors to better understand the history and culture of Singapore and the friendship between China and Singapore.
It is worth mentioning that among the photos are those portraying the evolution of SIP under the cooperation between the Chinese and Singaporean governments.
The exhibition will last till September in SIP, and then tour to Chongqing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing.
