SIP’s Xietang Sub-district recently saw two events where free medical and haircut services warmed the residents’ hearts.
In the event in Hanlinyuan Community on Jan 13, the volunteer medics provided TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) diagnosis and treatments to the participating residents, and imparted knowledge on daily health maintenance and common diseases to them.
In the event in Jintang Community on Jan 14, the volunteers provided haircuts for many aged residents and chatted with them in the process.
