The representatives from the Communist Youth League (CYL) Suzhou Committee and several other organizations recently visited the Qingfeng Station, a service outlet for couriers in SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district, and gave “lucky bags” to 10 couriers from different express delivery service companies, hoping to help them ward off the recent cold surge.
It is learnt that the organizations planned to give out 100 such “lucky bags” to couriers working across Suzhou. Each of the bags contains a winter coat and several daily use articles.
At Qingfeng Station, the representatives from the organizations talked with the couriers to learn about their needs, and answered their inquiries about a series of government services designed to help couriers in Suzhou solve difficulties in work and provide them with assistance in buying tickets during the Spring Festival travel rush and acquiring legal and psychological help.
