The 3rd SIP Cyberspace Culture Season wrapped up at Jinji Lake International Convention Center, SIP on Dec 16. The event consisted of more than 20 events over four months to guide positive use of Internet for different purposes, and over 200,000 people participated on- and off-line.
At the closing ceremony, SIP authorities launched the pilot program of building a comprehensive network management system, and the “Seven Words of the Year in SIP” and the “Top 10 Cases in Internet-related Law Enforcement in SIP” were unveiled.
Apart from that, a live streaming activity was held to sell farm produce from Songtao Miao autonomous county, a less-developed county in Southwest China’s Guizhou province, with the purpose of helping people in the county increase their income.
Concurrently, SIP Convergence Media Center held the Media Day event to help residents in SIP gain a good knowledge of local media platforms and publications.
