The executives of eight tech-based companies in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District in SIP visited Chinese tech giant Huawei’s R&D center in Shanghai on May 7. The tour was organized by the Administrative Committee of Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District and SIP Economic Development Committee with the purpose of facilitating exchanges and cooperation between these companies and Huawei.
The R&D center, called “Lianqiu Lake”, is located in the core area of demonstration zone for integrated ecological and green development in the Yangtze River Delta region. It aims to build an innovation ecosystem spanning intelligent driving, digital energy, and other sectors, driving cross-industry integration and innovation in the Yangtze River Delta’s industrial chain.
The visitors were shown around the center, learning details about it.
At the later meeting, Huawei’s experts gave the guests introductions to practices of applying AI in contract risk analysis, smart logistics, R&D and manufacturing and other fields, and technical solutions for smart industrial parks.
Moreover, based on discussions with the entrepreneurs from SIP, Huawei’s R&D team provided suggestions for traditional manufacturers to go digital.
