Four enterprises signed the land transition confirmation documents on July 30 for their projects to be set up in Yangcheng Digital Valley and along the north extension of Xinggang Street in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD.
Suzhou Sungent Jianshu Industrial Development Co Ltd plans to invest RMB1.7 billion to build an “intelligent industrial park boasting net zero carbon emission”. The project will be launched this month, and come into use in late 2027.
Suzhou Yuanteng S&T Industrial Development Partnership Company (Limited Partnership) will start construction on a travel technology-focused park in September with a total investment of about RMB690 million. The project is expected to come into operation in 2026.
Suzhou Trophy Advance-Tech Corp Ltd will also launch its project this month. With a total investment of about RMB120 million, the project will boast smart factories with advanced production lines for manufacturing of parts of spooling equipment and other manufacturing and inspection equipment. The project is expected to start operation in January 2026.
Jiangsu Suxin Holding Group aims to build an intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing and R&D headquarters with a total investment of about RMB210 million. The project will be launched in October and put into use in December 2026.
