ESR Group Limited, a Hong Kong-headquartered Asia Pacific focused industrial infrastructure developer and operator, completed the construction of its Suzhou Xiangcheng Park in SIP-Xiangcheng Cooperative Economic Development Area (SIP-XC CEDA) recently.
With a total investment of US$130 million, the project consists of six connected four-storey buildings for manufacturing purposes and a multi-use building comprising restaurants, cafes, meeting rooms and gyms. The total floor area of the buildings reaches 196,412.33 square meters.
The manufacturing facilities, with a clear height of 8 to 9 meters, are built with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Standard, featuring energy-saving lighting and rainwater recycling systems. They can be transformed into clean workshops.
Several enterprises have settled in the park. ESR said it would collaborate with the Administrative Committee of SIP-XC CEDA to attract multinationals, listed companies, unicorn enterprises and industry-leading enterprises engaged in such sectors as new energy, integrated circuits, precision manufacturing and new materials.
