Suzhou Iview Technology Co Ltd, a private company in SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone (SIP-HMITZ), recently signed an agreement with local authorities to transfer back the use right concerning the land plot which it was using in order to support the development of the APP Science & Technology Park that is being built in the zone under the cooperation between SIP authorities and Indonesian conglomerate Sinar Mas Group.
It is learnt that a task group in SIP-HMITZ has been working since last year to push on with a property buy-back program aimed at reallocating the land resources in the Wusong Industrial Square and the Private Business Zone for the development of the APP Science & Technology Park.
The land plot Suzhou Iview Technology returned, with an area of 12.9 mu (8,600 square meters), will be used for education purpose.
