Beijing Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Tong Ren Tang Technologies), a member within the renowned Chinese herbal medicine group Tong Ren Tang, and Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd, a Chinese company engaged in wholesaling and retailing of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, set up a joint venture named “Tong Ren-Jointown (Suzhou) Medicine Co Ltd” in SIP recently.
Tong Ren Tang Technologies is a high-tech company dedicated to developing and marketing natural herbal medicine and related products in modern ways. Jointown Pharmaceutical Group is a tech-driven supplier of comprehensive solutions for digital marketing and delivery of medical products as well as other value-added services. Both of the two companies are leaders in their sectors.
The joint venture is expected to help Tong Ren Tang Technologies expand its market share relying on Jointown’s huge online marketing system.
