YROBOT, an SIP-headquartered wearable robotics company, unveiled on July 16 its Muscle Armor, the world’s first product of its kind designed to help the wearers restore and enhance their mobility with robotics.
Founded in 2019, YROBOT is dedicated to developing and manufacturing cutting-edge wearable robots and components. The company has made a number of breakthroughs in soft exoskeleton robotics and precise artificial intelligence algorithms.
Integrating technologies including artificial intelligence, robotics, flexible material design, human biomechanics, the Muscle Armor predicts the wearer’s movement intention, and then highly coordinates with the human body in providing real-time, need-based muscle assistance to enhance their muscle performance and help them complete body movements more stably, easily and accurately.
The company said a smaller, more convenient version of Muscle Armor will be launched into the market at the end of this year.
